Professor Ole Andreassen is a prominent figure in the field of psychiatry, known for his extensive contributions to psychiatric genetics, brain imaging genetics, clinical pharmacogenetics, and precision medicine. With an MD from the University of Bergen (1993) and post-doctoral experience at Harvard Medical School (1998-2000), he is currently a Professor at the University of Oslo and serves as the Director of the Centre of Excellence NORMENT since 2013.
